Indonesia stocks higher at close of trade; IDX Composite Index up 0.03%

Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Infrastructure, Agriculture and Basic Industry sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index gained 0.03%.

The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk (JK:DNAR), which rose 34.78% or 32.00 points to trade at 124.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Sentral Mitra Informatika Tbk PT (JK:LUCK) added 28.99% or 20.00 points to end at 89.00 and Natura City Developments Tbk PT (JK:CITY) was up 28.09% or 25.00 points to 114.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk PT (JK:BEBS), which fell 16.67% or 1.00 points to trade at 5.00 at the close. Himalaya Energi Perkasa Tbk PT (JK:HADE) declined 16.67% or 1.00 points to end at 5.00 and Diamond Citra Propertindo PT (JK:DADA) was down 12.50% or 1.00 points to 7.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 293 to 291 and 251 ended unchanged.

Shares in Sentral Mitra Informatika Tbk PT (JK:LUCK) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 28.99% or 20.00 to 89.00. Shares in Natura City Developments Tbk PT (JK:CITY) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 28.09% or 25.00 to 114.00.

Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.04% or 0.03 to $70.61 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.03% or 0.02 to hit $74.23 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.56% or 15.00 to trade at $2,693.90 a troy ounce.

USD/IDR was down 0.37% to 15,506.20, while AUD/IDR fell 0.62% to 10,369.48.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.12% at 103.18.
