After-hours movers: CSX Corp., Kinder Morgan, Alcoa and more

After-Hours Stock Movers:

CSX Corp. (NASDAQ:CSX) fell 3% after it released third quarter results, missing on the top and the bottom line. Management noted meaningful growth in volume, operating income, and operating margin.

Kinder Morgan (NYSE:KMI) fell 1.6% after it published third quarter results, with revenue and operating profit trailing consensus. Due to lower than budgeted commodity prices and start-up delays on its RNG facilities, the company expects to be below budget on Adjusted EBITDA by approximately 2% and on Adjusted EPS by approximately 4%.

Capricor Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CAPR) fell 10% after it announced the commencement of a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock.

Equifax (NYSE:EFX) fell 4.7% after issuing guidance that was below market expectations.

Alcoa (NYSE:AA) rose 5.4% after third quarter earnings per share beat estimates. Alcoa expects total 2024 Alumina segment production to remain unchanged from the prior projection, ranging between 9.8 and 10.0 million metric tons.
